The Well MK96 is a bolt action spring sniper rifle built for outdoor play. It features a fluted aluminum outer barrel and an OD Green ABS plastic stock with a metal receiver, weighing in at 7.9 pounds. The manual spring mechanism delivers a rated velocity of 390 to 400 FPS with 0.20g BBs, providing consistent performance without the need for batteries or gas.

It uses a Maruzen Type 96 internal layout, which differs from the common VSR-10 platform, so standard VSR-10 upgrade parts are not directly compatible. To maintain accuracy at this velocity, heavier 0.30g or 0.32g BBs are recommended to reduce wind drift. The package includes the rifle, a 4-16x50mm rangefinder scope, a tactical sling, a speedloader, a cleaning rod, a 40-round magazine, a bag of BBs, and a manual.
