This black WellFire MK96 Covert delivers an impressive 440 to 460 FPS with 0.20g BBs right out of the box. Measuring 44.5 inches long, the sniper rifle pairs a rugged polymer stock with a full-metal upper receiver, outer barrel, optics rail, and manual bolt assembly. The platform uses an adjustable hop-up for precision tuning and draws from a 40-round magazine. The factory package includes a single magazine, a magnified scope, a folding bipod, a speedloader, a cleaning rod, a basic sling, Allen keys, and sample BBs.

Internally, the cylinder, barrel, and hop-up bucking match the Maruzen Type 96 platform rather than the VSR-10 standard, making universal VSR parts completely incompatible. Dropping in a 6.03mm precision tightbore steel inner barrel and a high-performance Type 96 hop-up bucking immediately eliminates air leaks and shrinks downrange groupings. For high-velocity builds utilizing stiffer springs, replacing the factory housing with a reinforced 90-degree steel-sear trigger box is mandatory to prevent the internal components from snapping under increased tension. Skip the standard weight ammo; this rifle needs heavy 0.32g or 0.36g match-grade BBs to stop wind drift and hold a straight line.
