The tan WellFire L96 features a metal forward tri-rail system and a folding stock that reduces the overall length from 47 inches to a compact 39 inches. WellFire builds this spring-powered platform with a fluted aluminum alloy outer barrel, receiver, rails, and bolt assembly mounted directly to a high-impact polymer stock chassis. At 8.95 pounds, this setup provides a realistic, heavy-duty weight. The airsoft rifle fires at 390 to 400 FPS with 0.20g BBs, utilizes an L96-style trigger system with a crisp break, and feeds from a 40-round magazine. The package contains the rifle, one magazine, a magnified scope, a folding bipod, a tactical sling, a speedloader, a cleaning rod, and a manual.

Internally, this model runs on a Maruzen Type 96 layout, meaning standard VSR-10 upgrade components are incompatible due to dimensional differences in the cylinder and hop-up chamber. Tightening shot groupings requires swapping the stock parts for a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel and a high-performance Type 96 hop-up bucking. For custom setups running stiffer aftermarket springs, upgrading to a CNC-machined aluminum piston and a steel 90-degree trigger sear is mandatory to handle the increased mechanical load without shearing. Running lightweight BBs at this velocity causes severe wind drift; the platform requires heavyweight 0.30g or 0.32g BBs to hold its line outdoors.
