Zion Arms' 11.1V 2600mAh stick battery delivers the punch of a 3S pack in a form that fits buffer tubes and slim stock or handguard compartments. The Deans connector (also called T-plug) is the low-resistance standard for AEGs, so it mates directly with most motors and MOSFETs. Li-Ion chemistry offers more tolerance than LiPO, though you'll still want a proper balance charger for safe charging and storage. Run this voltage only on a gearbox equipped with a MOSFET to protect the trigger contacts. The battery ships alone; a balance charger is not included.
