Zion Arms' LCD Universal LiPO Balancer Charger handles 7.4V and 11.1V LiPO packs, with a polymer case and an LCD readout. A balance charger monitors each cell in the pack rather than treating it as a whole, which keeps the cells in step and prevents the overcharging that makes LiPOs swell.
