Zion Arms ZA11 MOD 1 Hi-Capa Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol, Black

Most gas pistols are either toys or training tools. The ZA11 MOD 1 is designed for the player who wants competition Hi-Capa ergonomics with upgrades already built in: ported slide, suppressor-height sights, optic cut, and a flat-face trigger that does not have the stock scratchy double-break.

What it's built around. Aluminum frame and slide give it the weight of a real 1911, which is part of what makes the blowback cycle feel right. The recoil is snappy, the slide locks back on empty, and the controls are where a Hi-Capa player expects them. Metal internals on the magazine release, hammer, spring guide, and sear set mean the moving parts are built to last.

Velocity is CQB territory. Rated 300-330 FPS on 0.20g BBs, which puts you comfortably inside indoor field caps and short-MED CQB rules. Green gas powers it, so expect performance to drop as the temperature falls and as you burn through a mag. Fill, fire, refill — that's the rhythm of a GBB pistol at a game. Bring spares and keep the gas cans in your pocket, not the shade.

The competition touches. Suppressor-height front sight with fiber optic dot, suppressor-height rear — you'll be looking through the sights rather than over them. The optic mount plate accepts compatible red dots without removing the rear sight, so you can run iron or optic. CNC-machined pinned beavertail keeps your hand high and clears the slide serrations. Grip texturing and flared mag well make reloads faster, especially when you're running low on gas and your hands are shaking.

Threading and compatibility. The 14mm CCW threaded outer barrel takes standard mock suppressors and muzzle devices. Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa compatible, so aftermarket parts, upgrades, and spare mags from the whole TM ecosystem work here. The included 28-round mag is a low-cap count — tight for milsim rules, but if you want capacity you can run aftermarket mid or high-caps instead.

Before you buy. Green gas is not included, and you'll want at least two extra gas mags for a full game day. The 5.4-inch barrel and 300-330 FPS rating make this an indoor and close-range pistol, not a platform for outdoor field coverage. Chrono it with your own BBs before your first game — ambient temperature and gas brand both move the number.
