A magwell is a one-part upgrade that makes reloading feel faster and gives the Hi-Capa a noticeably more aggressive profile. The 5KU DOM-style well replaces the standard feed ramp on the frame's lower section, and its chamfered edges give a magazine a clear path in even under low-light or high-stress conditions.

What DOM means. The profile references the classic drawn octagonal/rectangular barrel shape seen on many full-size 1911s — not a functional feature, but a visual one. The magwell adds the same aggressive stance to the Hi-Capa's line without changing how the gun handles or its overall footprint.

Fits and finish. CNC machined from anodized aluminum in black. The anodizing holds up to gas, solvents, and the friction of repeated magazine swaps better than bare aluminum or painted surfaces. It drops into a standard Hi-Capa frame — no fitting, epoxy, or modification required. The package includes the magwell and the hardware to install it.

Compatibility. Designed for Marui Hi-Capa frames (5.0 and 5.1, including 4.3 and 6-inch variants). If your Hi-Capa is already running an aftermarket frame, verify fit before ordering — the well is cut for the Marui stock profile.
