The Atlas Custom Works 14.5—inch mid-length outer barrel fits most M4/M16 airsoft rifles, matching the most common field build. That length lines up with a 5.5- to 10-inch handguard and gives you a clean profile without the extra weight of a 20-inch rifle barrel. Milled from aluminum alloy, anodized black.

What an outer barrel does. It sits outside the inner barrel and is primarily an external upgrade. It does not change velocity or accuracy in the way a new inner barrel and hop-up do. What it does is set the length your handguard and muzzle devices attach to, and it completes the rifle silhouette. If you are also swapping the inner barrel, remember that barrel length changes the cylinder-to-barrel volume ratio, and matching them is more important for consistent velocity than raw FPS ever will be.

Threading. Standard 14mm CCW (negative) at the muzzle, which is what every M4/M16 flash hider, tracer unit, and mock suppressor expects. No adapter needed.

Before you buy. Confirm your handguard will accept a 14.5-inch outer barrel. Most 10-inch M-LOK and Picatinny guards do, but shorter freefloat designs may not clear it.
