Atlas Custom Works 24mm Clockwise LAF-24 Muzzle Brake, Black

Most M4 players know 14mm CCW threads by heart — it's the airsoft rifle standard. If you run an AK-pattern rifle instead, you need 24mm clockwise, and finding quality parts in that thread pitch used to be a real chore. The LAF-24 puts a functional muzzle brake on the shelf in the threads your rifle uses.

What it does. It's a muzzle brake milled from aluminum alloy in a black anodized finish. A brake redirects gases rather than hiding them — it cuts flash on a night game and, on gas blowback rifles, can help push additional gas back into the system for a more reliable cycle. It's not a mock suppressor. If you want flash reduction without the weight of steel, this is the part for you.

Thread compatibility matters. 24mm clockwise (positive) threads are the standard on AK, AKS, AK-74, and many G36-pattern platforms — both real and replica. If your rifle's barrel is threaded, it almost certainly uses this pitch. Double-check before ordering: the LAF-24 is not cross-compatible with 14mm CCW muzzles that fill the M4 / AEG market. These are different standards, and a wrong-thread muzzle is a one-way trip to stripped threads.

Aluminum vs. steel. Milled from aluminum alloy, the LAF-24 is noticeably lighter than a steel equivalent. The trade-off is wear: aluminum brake ports wear faster than steel if you're running tracer rounds frequently. For standard BB play on a regular game schedule, the finish holds up fine. If you run tracers more than a handful per magazine, you're going to eat through the ports either way.
