Atlas Custom Works 6061 Aluminum 110mm Straight Fluted Outer Barrel for TM Hi-Capa M11 CW GBBP, Purple

The stock Hi-Capa barrel works fine, but it does nothing for the look of the slide. The Atlas Custom Works 4.3-inch outer barrel changes that. It's machined from 6061 aluminum with straight fluting that cuts a little weight and gives the slide a distinct profile you actually notice.

Length and handling. At 110mm, this is in the compact range for a Hi-Capa. You keep the pistol's balance for draw and one-handed work, and it clears most holsters without the muzzle sticking past the grip. If you're running a full-length competition barrel, this isn't that — it's for carry and everyday use where the extra inch matters.

Threading and accessories. The barrel comes threaded M11 CW, the standard clockwise pattern for Tokyo Marui-spec Hi-Capas. That accepts silencer adapters and mock suppressors made for the platform. The threading is cut cleanly and the crown is protected by the fluting profile, so you're not worrying about dinging the muzzle edge every time you draw.

Fit and finish. Atlas machines these to Tokyo Marui spec, so drop-in fit on stock Hi-Capas is expected. The purple anodize is a surface treatment, not a functional coating — it won't change your accuracy, but it does make the slide stand out in a lineup.

What you need to know. Installation requires removing the slide assembly and swapping the outer barrel. If you've never taken a Hi-Capa slide apart, get someone who has to show you or book a gunsmith. A loose outer barrel will affect your air seal and kill your accuracy. The package includes the barrel and two O-rings for installation.

This is a visual and functional upgrade in equal measure. It won't turn a 50-foot shooter into a 150-footer, but it does tighten up the external fit and gives you a cleaner line to mount accessories on.
