A stock doesn't do much until the buffer tube holds it in place. This one connects your M4 or M16 AEG to the stock, setting how the rifle fits your shoulder and how much room you have for a battery.

Five positions let you adjust the stock length to match your body and any armor you're wearing. That gives you some range to move from tight CQB setups to more comfortable field positions without swapping the whole stock.

It's aluminum, not the polymer tubes you see on budget builds. Aluminum resists denting and handles the abuse of mounting a heavy stock or taking hits. The matte black finish should hold up under regular use.

This is a standard carbine-length receiver extension for M4/M16 AEGs. It won't fit platforms with proprietary buffer tube systems, and it's not for AKs or bolt-action rifles. If your gun came with an M4-style stock, this swaps in without modification.

You get the buffer tube, mounting screws, and a washer. You'll need to remove your old tube first, which usually means splitting the rear of the receiver or undoing the castle nut. A buffer tube wrench helps, and you should check that your stock's QD sling mounts match the new tube's end plate. Buffer and charger are not included.
