AK players know the trade-off: hi-caps hold 500 rounds but rattle, wind constantly, and mark your position with every crank. Low-caps are quiet and realistic but leave you reloading after a single encounter. The Atlas Custom Works G2 mid-cap sits between them—140 rounds on tap, spring-fed so there's nothing to wind, and silent enough that a reload doesn't announce your position.

What the capacity means in practice. Four or five AK engagements before you need to top off, which is enough for most skirmish scenarios without the bulk and weight of a drum or hi-cap. If you run a single-mag setup for milsim authenticity, this is the maximum you'll want before the weight penalty starts to matter. Two or three of these in a pouch cover a full day of regular play.

Metal construction. The body is stamped steel with a black finish. That's heavier than polymer, but it's also the material AK owners expect—realistic weight, durable against drops, and it won't crack if you set it down on rocks or concrete. Metal also holds up better to the repeated insertion and removal that comes with frequent mag swaps.

Platform fit. Designed for AK47 G2 series AEG rifles. AK mags are near-universal within the platform, so this will work across most G2-compatible builds. It's not compatible with AK GBB systems—those use different well dimensions and follower mechanisms. Check your rifle's mag well if you're running a non-standard AK variant.

What you're getting. One 140-round mid-capacity magazine. No speedloader, no shell case, no extra follower.
