If you're building a Hi-Capa for competition, the first thing you tune is the slide. Too heavy and it cycles sluggishly, especially on lighter gas loads. Too light and you get violent recoil and inconsistent timing. The Atlas Custom Works Infinity Signature Slide sits in the middle: 150 grams of CNC aluminum that gives you a reciprocating mass tuned for faster cycling without sacrificing blowback feel.
The Infinity design. This is ACW's take on the Infinity Strayer profile—the aggressive cutouts aren't just for looks. Less material up front shifts the balance point slightly rearward, which reduces perceived recoil and helps the slide complete its travel reliably. The cuts also make it easier to rack one-handed, a genuine advantage when you're drawing from a holster under time pressure.
What's in the box. You get the slide. It's CNC machined from aluminum and finished in black. It drops directly onto Tokyo Marui 5.1 Hi-Capa frames and compatible aftermarket upper assemblies.
What you'll need separately. This is a slide only. Your frame, barrel, hop-up unit, and inner barrel come from your existing build or separate purchases. If you're going full custom, ACW also makes a lightweight blowback housing that pairs with this slide for further weight reduction—but that's sold separately.
What this is not for. This is a competitive pistol part, not a duty or outdoor field solution. Hi-Capa platforms are generally too long and top-heavy for CQB, and the 150g slide won't help if you're looking for a compact carry piece. If you want a GBB for outdoor skirmishing, an M4 or shorter carbine is the better choice.
Standard Hi-Capa tuning advice applies: break in the slide with a few hundred rounds, and watch your gas pressure. Lighter slides can be more sensitive to over-pressurized gas, which shortens seal life and increases wear on the nozzle.
