If you want a full-size suppressor or something with heavier hardware, you may need an adapter depending on the device's thread pitch.

What you get. Just the outer barrel. It does not include an inner barrel, hop-up unit, or any internals. You're swapping the exterior shell, not rebuilding the gun. If your goal is to improve accuracy or range, you'll need to address the inner barrel and hop-up separately.
