Most AK-platform airsoft rifles ship with a short barrel extension and a blaze orange tip that sticks out past the end. The Atlas Custom Works DTKP Style Hexagon Type 2 replaces that setup with something that looks and weighs more like the article itself: a 210mm aluminum mock suppressor with a hexagonal profile that mimics real-world DTKP designs.
What you get, what you don't. This is a mock suppressor. It does not reduce report, and it contains no internal baffles or tracer electronics. It screws onto a threaded barrel and adds length, weight distribution, and realism. The aluminum construction means it carries weight, not the hollow plasticky feel of cheaper polymer alternatives. The hexagonal profile gives you grip purchase at multiple points along the length — useful when you're clearing a barrel obstruction with your thumb and forefinger.
Threading: read this before you buy. It's cut for 24mm CW thread — positive thread, the AK standard. Most western platforms (M4s, ARs) use 14mm CCW, which is negative thread and won't fit. If your barrel is threaded 24mm CW, you screw this on directly. If it's 14mm CCW or any other thread, you need an adapter or a different suppressor. Getting the threading wrong is the most common return reason in this category, so check your barrel before you order.
Size matters. At 210mm, this adds a noticeable length to your barrel. That changes how the rifle balances forward and extends your silhouette on the field. Trade-offs you're making.
Supplied as a single mock suppressor. No adapters, tracer units, or tools included.
