The Infinity mount solves a simple problem: how do you run a red dot on a Hi-CAPA without milling the slide? Atlas Custom Works machines this to accept standard optic plates while keeping the frame's original lines. You get a co-witness or absolute mount depending on your optic choice, and the thumb rest on the left side gives you a consistent grip anchor for faster follow-up shots.
What the thumb rest does. On a 1911-style frame, your support hand thumb has nowhere firm to press during rapid fire. The integrated rest fills that gap. It's not a foregrip — it's a positioning aid that helps you keep the same pressure shot to shot. For competition and speedsoft where split times matter, that consistency adds up.
Fitment and hardware. The mount uses M4 and M3 screw patterns, which covers the majority of Hi-CAPA frames on the market. It ships as the mount only — no optic, no screws. You'll need to source the hardware that matches your frame's existing slide cut or the optic plate you're running. If you're replacing a worn mount or building a fresh competition setup, verify your screw pattern before ordering.
What it's not. This is a component, not a complete sight system. It won't turn a stock Hi-CAPA into a race gun by itself — you still need the optic, the right screws, and a frame that's been prepped for optic mounting. It also won't add durability to a weak frame; it's an accessory for builds that are already solid.
The Green anodized finish matches other Atlas Custom Works parts if you're going for a coordinated look. Weight is negligible, and the low profile keeps the pistol's draw smooth. Battery and charger are not included — you'll need those separately for your optic.
