A sling adapter for rail-mounted handguards. One piece of aluminum, two mounting patterns — KeyMod and M-LOK. If you have a handguard with a single free section and you want to run a sling, this is the simplest fix: slide it onto the rail, tighten the set screws, and you have a secure attachment point.
Both slots are on the same body, so you're not choosing between standards or hunting for a model that fits your handguard. KeyMod is effectively dead as a standard, but there are a ton of handguards still in circulation that use it, and the M-LOK side means this works on newer builds too. Aluminum is cut to match the rail profile closely, so it doesn't walk around under recoil. Comes with the set screws needed to secure it to the rail.
Just the adapter in the box — no sling, no tools. An allen key does the job for installation. If your handguard is free-float, this is a straightforward mod and takes a couple of minutes.
