At 27 inches long and 4 lbs, this compact airsoft rifle offers a sturdy, realistic feel. A non-blowback green gas system powers the single-shot lever action, pushing 6mm BBs through an adjustable hop-up at 360 to 390 FPS with 0.20g ammo. An integrated 25-round internal magazine tube handles feeding. Factory box contents include the M1873 Mare's Leg airsoft rifle, M-LOK handguard, mock suppressor, gas fill adapter, speedloader, clearing rod, sample BBs, and instruction manual.

Because its internal feeding system and valve design are proprietary, internal aftermarket options are fewer than on standard AEGs or bolt-action sniper rifles. Even so, targeted external accessories and basic maintenance go a long way in maximizing performance. Recommended updates include adding a compact red dot sight to the top Picatinny rail, switching to heavier 0.28g or 0.30g BBs to stabilize shots at high velocity, and routinely applying silicone oil to fill valves and rubber seals.
