An MP-style foregrip puts your thumb through a full loop in the grip body. That changes how the whole front hand sits on the rifle: more of your hand makes contact, the grip is harder to lose under recoil, and the wrist angle naturally pushes the fore end of the handguard down.
The Atlas Custom Works version mounts to Picatinny, KeyMod, and M-LOK rails. It ships with three sets of screws so you can attach it to whatever handguard you have without hunting for adapters. Most players pick one for tight indoor courses where they need to control the front end with a consistent hand position, or for rifles where the stock grip angle feels awkward after a few mags.
Construction is nylon plastic, tan finish. Includes the foregrip, screw sets for all three rail standards, and a bulge attachment for additional mounting options.
