The Atlas Custom Works SVD Dragunov is an electric airsoft sniper rifle firing between 420 and 430 FPS with standard 0.20g BBs. Built with a folding tube stock, the platform measures a compact 36.4 inches long for transport and extends to 46.5 inches when deployed. A full-metal body, receiver, top cover, outer barrel, and folding hinge mechanism provide realistic weight, paired with a durable polymer handguard and pistol grip. The selector switch offers functional safe, semi-automatic, and full-automatic firing modes. Front-wired with a mini-Tamiya connector inside the handguard, the system requires a 9.6v NiMH stick battery (sold separately). The box contains the rifle, a cleaning rod, a starter pack of BBs, and a 200-round metal high-capacity magazine compatible exclusively with A&K SVD footprints.

This SVD airsoft rifle utilizes a proprietary metal gearbox and a short-type motor rather than standard Version 2 or 3 setups, meaning standard aftermarket internals will not drop right in. Improving semi-auto trigger response requires swapping the factory motor for an aftermarket high-torque short motor. Adding a MOSFET demands custom soldering and rewiring, as standard plug-and-play units are incompatible. Furthermore, the built-in adjustable hop-up chamber and inner barrel use specialized dimensions, requiring minor modifications to fit standard AEG-spec barrels and buckings. Premium 0.28g or 0.30g heavyweight match BBs combined with a custom-fitted precision tightbore inner barrel deliver the straightest flight path and most consistent long-range accuracy.
