The Tornado is Atlas Custom Works' aluminum outer barrel for the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 platform. If you're running a competitive build or just want a different look on your duty pistol, this swaps onto your existing inner barrel and handguard assembly.

What an outer barrel does. It's the visible tube you see when you rack the slide. Its job is cosmetic and protective: it shields the inner barrel from impacts. It does not change velocity, range, or accuracy — those come from your inner barrel, hop-up, and air seal. If you're looking to tune performance, you want an inner barrel upgrade, not this.

Material and fit. Machined aluminum construction matches the Hi-Capa's frame weight and feel. Fit is designed for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 frames and their licensed clones (WE, KSC, KWA, etc.), which share the same outer barrel dimensions.

Installation. Remove the existing outer barrel assembly from your pistol and slide the Tornado into place. Check your specific Hi-Capa variant for the correct removal method — some require a punch for the retaining pin, others use a set screw. If you're not comfortable field-stripping your Hi-Capa, a local gunsmith can do this in minutes.

Green colorway. This variant comes in a green finish. It's a cosmetic choice, not an indicator of FPS, port size, or compatibility class.

What's in the box. The outer barrel only. Your Hi-Capa's inner barrel, hop-up unit, and handguard remain in place. Mounting hardware is not included — check your pistol's current setup to see what fasteners you already have.
