Black Bear Airsoft Rampage Steel Mesh Face Mask, Desert Marpat

A BB to the face is worse than a BB anywhere else on your body. And the last thing you want when your face mask is fogging up and hot is to wonder whether it'll hold. The Rampage from Black Bear Airsoft gives you full face coverage with unrestricted airflow -- the mesh sits away from your skin, so you actually breathe through it. This variant comes in Desert Marpat.

Comfort is built in. Plush padding lines the edges where the mask meets your face -- nylon weave on the surface for breathability -- so it doesn't dig in on a long game. Two elastic adjustment bands and a head strap keep it locked on when you're moving. Large hook & loop area on top for patches.

Steel mesh stops BBs while keeping your field of view clear and airflow unrestricted. Here's what it doesn't do, and that matters. The mesh doesn't stop sand and dirt, and it doesn't stop the fragments that fly when a BB hits something at close range. Full-seal eye protection underneath is required, not optional. The padding is shaped to make wearing goggles comfortable, and the mesh can be bent by hand to better fit your face if it doesn't sit perfectly right out of the box.

This is a steel mesh mask, not a sealed paintball mask. You trade debris protection for breathability and not sweating out all day. If your field requires full-seal eye protection, the mesh still works -- you wear it over your goggles. Desert Marpat is the color and pattern on this variant, and Black Bear Airsoft makes the Rampage in other colorways as well.
