The Code 11 ARC V2 addresses that with upgraded shoulder pads carrying breathable sponge lining, so the load sits without digging in. Adjustable straps with hook and loop fasteners mean you can fine-tune the fit around different body sizes and layering. Quick-release buckles on both the shoulder straps and waist belt let you take it off in seconds.

The laser-cut platform uses M-System webbing across the front panel, rear panel, and cummerbund. Route your webbing for the pouches you actually carry, not the ones the manufacturer guessed you'd want. The multifunctional cummerbund wraps the torso with additional M-System points on both sides, so your magazine pouches sit forward and accessible. The front panel accepts tactical placards with 2.5 cm clips, which are sold separately.

Plate compatibility is 10 inch by 12 inch, which is SAPI Medium size. Confirm your torso measurements before committing to that plate size. At 1.8 lbs unloaded, the carrier itself is light — the weight you'll actually carry comes from the plates, pouches, radio, and medical gear you add to it.

The Cordura construction is built for field use, not just appearances. Cordura's the same family of fabrics used in tactical packs and combat uniforms, so it handles abrasion from brush, concrete, and repeated packing without tearing.
