Eshooter Kestrel V2 Electronic Trigger Unit (ETU) for V2 Gearbox AEGs w/ App Control and Smart Features - Rear Wired

The Kestrel V2 is Eshooter's answer to a common problem: factory trigger groups are mechanical, and mechanical contacts burn out. This is an electronic trigger unit (ETU) that replaces the trigger contacts and gearbox wiring with a solid-state switch, so the motor current never passes through small metal contacts that arc, pit, and fail. The result is crisp semi-auto response and protection for your trigger group when you're running 11.1V LiPO batteries.

What makes the Kestrel different. The Kestrel adds wireless app control through the Eshooter app, which gives you access to programmable firing modes and fine-tuning without opening the gearbox. The app lets you adjust settings and select different firing modes, so you're not locked into the gun's factory selector.

Compatibility and fit. This is built for Tokyo Marui V2 gearboxes—the standard shell in M4, M16, MP5, G3, and most western platforms. It's a rear-wired design, which means the wiring exits the back of the gearbox and is easier to route in tight stock tubes. The unit fits in standard V2 spaces without crowding the motor or battery.

Protection features. The Kestrel includes active braking to prevent double-taps on semi and electrical fault protection. Firmware updates come over-the-air, so new features or bug fixes don't require a hardware swap.

What's in the box. You get the ETU unit, base plate, sensor, power cord, top plate, and magazine button. Battery and charger are not included—you'll need a compatible LiPO or NiMH pack depending on what your gun is wired for.

What this is not for. This won't convert an AK or any non-V2 platform. If your gun has a V3 gearbox, you need a V3-specific ETU. It also won't fix mechanical problems in the gearbox—if your gears are stripped or your piston is damaged, the ETU won't make it run. And while the app adds flexibility, it's not required for basic operation; the unit functions as a standard ETU without pairing.
