F.L.T. 7mm CNC Steel AEG Bushings

When a gearbox whines or grinds, the gear shaft bearings are usually the first thing to check. These F.L.T. 7mm bushings replace worn or underspec sleeves in Version 2 and similar gearboxes, restoring proper gear alignment and reducing friction during the firing cycle.

CNC steel construction. These are machined from solid steel rather than cast or sintered. CNC machining produces consistent dimensions and a cleaner surface finish than budget alternatives, which helps with gear alignment and long-term wear.

7mm shaft diameter. The 7mm specification refers to the gear shaft size these bushings carry. This is a common dimension in V2 gearboxes and many other platforms. If your gearbox uses 6mm or 8mm shafts, you need the corresponding bushing size—these will not fit.

Installation notes. Use proper gearbox grease on the gear shafts after the bushings are seated. The bushings are designed to press into the gearbox shell; some builders use epoxy or glue to secure them in place depending on their build preferences.

What you get. Six bushings per package. A standard V2 gearbox uses multiple bushing positions depending on the gear set and shell design, so having spares on hand makes sense if you're doing a full rebuild.
