Gate's EON Tappet Plate is a reinforced replacement for the tappet plate in most Version 2 AEG gearboxes. The tappet plate is what pushes the air nozzle forward and pulls it back, timed by the sector gear, so a BB can drop into the chamber and then be sealed behind it. This version is made from POM, which is self-lubricating and dimensionally stable, so it slides consistently in its channel instead of binding as it picks up grease and debris. Tappet plates are a wear item that fails faster in high rate of fire builds. If your gun is cycling but not feeding, or feeding intermittently, this is one of the first parts to inspect, and it's worth checking the return spring at the same time.
