Kizuna Works Piston Head for KW-15K Gas Blowback Pistols, Black

A worn or damaged piston head will make your GBB pistol shoot soft and inconsistent, even if the rest of the system is in good shape. The Kizuna Works Replacement Piston Head restores the air seal that drives both the shot and the blowback cycle in KW-15K pistols. When the seal slips, you lose velocity and the slide may not cycle reliably.

What it does. The piston head sits at the front of the piston and seals against the cylinder head during compression. A proper seal means all the compressed air goes into the barrel rather than leaking past the piston. That translates to consistent velocity shot to shot and enough force to drive the blowback mechanism through its full travel. This is a rubber construction, which absorbs the impact of the piston returning to battery and reduces wear on the gearbox shell.

Fit and installation. This is an OEM drop-in part for Kizuna Works KW-15K gas blowback pistols. No machining or modification is required. If your pistol is losing power or the slide feels sluggish, swapping the piston head is one of the first maintenance steps to check.
