The Sahara Viper answers a specific question: what if you want a competition-grade GBB pistol without hunting down a rare or proprietary platform? Built to standard GBB pistol dimensions, it runs on CO2 cartridges and accepts common aftermarket internals that keep these guns running for years.

How the power source affects your game. CO2 delivers more consistent pressure across a magazine than green gas, which means tighter groups when you're running hot strings of shots. It also holds up better in cold weather—green gas loses pressure when the temperature drops, but CO2 stays steady. The tradeoff is that you're swapping cartridges between magazines, and the recoil kick is sharper. For range days and competitive stages, that's usually the better deal.

Velocity and field fit. Rated 350–385 FPS on 0.20g BBs. That clears most indoor CQB limits and sits comfortably inside typical outdoor pistol caps. As always, chrono with your own BBs before you play—CO2 output shifts with temperature and cartridge age, and the hop-up setting changes everything.

Externals and optics. At 220mm overall length and roughly 2 lbs unloaded, it carries like a 1911-style pistol. The included three optic adapter plates let you mount a red dot directly to the slide without milling or permanent modification. You'll still need the appropriate screws for your sight, but the plates themselves are in the box.

What comes in the box. The pistol, a 30+1 round metal magazine, the three adapter plates, and the manual. CO2 cartridges are not included, and neither is a magazine loader. Given how fast a GBB burns through a cartridge, budget on at least two or three spare mags and a loader if you plan on running stages or doing extended range sessions.

What this pistol is not for. This is a sidearm. It's designed for backup duty, CQB, and competitive pistol stages—not for trading shots with a primary rifle across an open field. The 112.5mm inner barrel and standard hop-up will hold grouping for typical pistol use, but beyond that you're fighting physics. Bring a rifle for that.
