The PPC is a plate carrier from Lancer Tactical, built for players who want a simple, sturdy base for their loadout without the cost of premium military-grade hardware. The 1000D nylon construction is heavy enough to hold its shape and resist wear from regular skirmish use, and the MOLLE webbing across the front and back lets you place pouches exactly where you want them rather than being locked into a fixed layout.
How the fit works. The shoulder straps and waist belt adjust independently, so you can size it close to your body and keep it from shifting during movement. The design is straightforward — there's no quick-release mechanism built into the waist belt, which means you need to know how to get out of it quickly if you need to. A pair of combat shears or an MCT tool on your person is good practice for any plate carrier with belt closures like this.
What it actually does. The plate pockets accept soft armor inserts (sold separately), which adds real protection for your torso in-game. This is what separates a plate carrier from a harness — the ability to insert protective panels without committing to a full vest. It won't stop a real bullet, but at airsoft distances it means fewer hits to the vitals and longer survival on the field.
MOLLE means modular. Every panel of the carrier carries standard MOLLE or PALS webbing, so any standard pouch — mag pouches, water bottles, radio, med kit — will attach to it. You're building your own layout rather than buying a pre-configured vest. That flexibility is useful, but it also means you need to think about what you actually carry. A lean setup keeps you light and mobile; a fully loaded carrier becomes an armory you strap on.
Before you buy. The package includes the plate carrier only — no pouches, no armor plates, and no plate inserts. If you need a complete setup, you'll need to source those separately. The carrier is also sized for standard SAPI-style plates, so generic soft armor inserts will fit, but measuring your intended plates against the pocket dimensions before buying is a sensible step.
Black colorway. No branding or markings, so it stays clean on the field.
