Lancer Tactical's Primary Tactical Carrier is a no-fuss plate carrier for players who want the look and modularity of a plate setup without the premium price tag. Built from 1000D nylon, it's not the heaviest webbing on the market, but it's durable enough for regular skirmish play, and the 1000D denier means it holds up better than the 600D stuff you find on the bottom rung of entry-level gear.
Adjustable fit, no hassle. Shoulder and waist panels are fully adjustable, so you can dial it in over a t-shirt or over a tactical fleece. The adjustment straps run through plastic sliders and stitch down at the ends — they work fine, but they're not as clean or quick as metal locking buckles. You'll set your fit at home and not fiddle with it on the field, which is exactly how it's designed to work.
MOLLE everywhere it matters. The front and back panels are fully MOLLE-lined, so you can arrange pouches however your loadout calls for. Side Molle is available on the lower corners for rigID or admin pouches. The back plate pocket takes standard SAPI-sized soft armor plates or inserts — plates aren't included, but any milsim player with a stack of used armor in a closet already has spares. The carrier is essentially a modularity platform, and the more pouches you put on it, the more it starts to look like the real thing.
What it is. It's a CQB-to-milsim plate carrier for players who want realistic silhouette and pouch options without spending three figures. For regular skirmish days, it does the job. For milsim, it holds whatever rigID you need it to.
What it isn't. This is a vest without armor. If you're looking for a plate carrier that ships with protective plates, this isn't it. The plate pocket is for your own inserts. And if you want quick-adjust buckles, look at the higher-end carriers — the sliders on this are functional, not premium.
OD Green, plain and unmarked.
