Lancer Tactical 200-350mm Cylinder Inner Barrel Upgrade, Steel

A stock plastic cylinder is one of the easiest upgrades you can make to an AEG. Lancer Tactical's aluminum cylinder is a direct replacement that tightens the air seal and gives you more consistent shot-to-shot velocity over the factory part.

Why the size matters. The 200–350mm label means this is a ported cylinder, matched to inner barrels in that range. The air port releases compressed gas earlier in the piston stroke, which is the right timing for a shorter barrel. Get the cylinder volume wrong for your barrel length and you lose velocity, add noise, and stress the piston for nothing. Getting it right matters more than almost any other internal upgrade for consistency.

What changes when you install it. An aluminum cylinder is more rigid than the stock plastic unit, so it resists flex under pressure and maintains a tighter seal with the piston head and cylinder face. Clean velocity, especially paired with a fresh bucking and good shimming. If you're opening the gearbox for a spring swap or gear upgrade anyway, swapping the cylinder while you're in there takes ten minutes.

Double-check your inner barrel length before you buy. Using the wrong cylinder port position with your barrel is a common mistake that wastes the upgrade entirely.
