This aluminum nozzle replaces the stock plastic part inside an AK AEG's gearbox, giving you a tighter air seal between the nozzle and the cylinder head. That seal is what keeps your velocity consistent shot to shot — the nozzle has to hold compression against the cylinder head's pressure every cycle, and a rigid aluminum body resists the flex that cheap polymer parts develop over time.

Why the upgrade matters. The nozzle's O-rings seal the chamber against the cylinder head. When the piston fires, any leak past the nozzle means soft, inconsistent velocity. An aluminum nozzle gives you a solid, unyielding mating surface for those O-rings, and the rigid body holds the seal better than polymer alternatives that can deform under pressure. That's why techs reach for it when a gun starts losing power or showing inconsistent chrono numbers that aren't the hop-up's fault.

Weight that helps. At 0.35 oz, the aluminum body replaces a heavier or equally heavy plastic part without adding load to the gearbox. The reduced mass is kinder to the gears and motor on light-spring builds, and on a heavy-spring setup it doesn't fight the piston head any harder.

Fit. This is the short variant for AK-style AEGs. It's compatible with most AK-platform AEGs, but if you're running a heavily modified gearbox or a proprietary shell, double-check against your existing nozzle before ordering — AK mags are universal, but internals vary more between manufacturers than that.
