Lancer Tactical Airsoft BJ Type Basic Visor Helmet, Medium, Army Tactical

The "BJ Type" is Lancer Tactical's entry-level helmet, and it does the basic job without pretending to be something it isn't. A hard plastic shell with an attached visor, it's for players who want something on their head to break up the outline and take a BB or two, without spending on a full tactical rig.

The colorway. Army Tactical — a plain color name, no special meaning encoded in it. If your loadout leans that direction, this sits under your cap or balaclava without throwing off the picture.

The visor. The attached brim gives you some upper-face and eye-line coverage from overhead shots and stray BBs in close spaces. It's not a substitute for proper goggle or mask protection, and you should always wear approved eye gear, but it does take the sun off your eyes at an outdoor field and adds a thin layer of deflection across the bridge of the nose and temples.

Fit. It covers the average head range without dialing in perfectly on either end. The plastic construction keeps it light enough that you won't notice it during a long match day, and it slides under a neck gaiter or balaclava without bulk.

What it isn't. This is an entry-level plastic helmet — don't expect it to take a close-range shot the way a nylon or composite tactical helmet would. It'll deflect a BB from distance and it'll break up your silhouette. That's the honest ceiling.

Includes the helmet only, in Army Tactical color.
