Two main compartments, each accessible from the top. The larger one opens fully and carries elastic loop pockets along the inside wall - IFAK kits, small tool rolls, pistol magazines, whatever you need sorted and visible at a glance. The second compartment takes a water bottle or a dedicated medical pouch. They're separate, so your trauma gear doesn't mix with your sundries.
