A shemagh is a cotton head wrap that keeps sun, dust, and wind off your face on game day. Lancer's version is 100% cotton, 44 inches square, which is the standard size — you can fold it into a neck scarf, face cover, or full head wrap in about 30 seconds if you've seen it done once. At six ounces, you'll forget it's there until you need it.
The Slate Foliage No Pattern colorway is a muted green-gray with black trim. Cotton breathes, which matters under a helmet or when you're standing in direct sun. It also soaks up moisture, so it doubles as a sweat towel when things heat up.
Pull it over your face when the field gets dusty, wrap it around your neck during chrono waits, or drape it across your shoulders between games. It's the kind of piece that doesn't draw attention until you're the only player on the field without one.
