Lancer Tactical Universal Polymer Gun Case, Red

Not every gun needs a hard case. Some just need something that keeps them from clattering around in the trunk or getting scratched up in the equipment truck. This is the kind of case you throw in the back and don't think about until you need it.

What it holds. Lancer calls it universal because the interior space stretches to fit a range of pistol sizes, from compact 9mm frames up through full-size models. Twenty-eight centimetres is enough room for most sidearms and a magazine or two. It's not going to swallow a long-slide .45 or an MP7, so measure before you count on it. The snap-lock lid keeps whatever's inside from popping out if the case takes a bump, and the polymer shell shrugs off road grime and field moisture without adding weight.

Where it earns its keep. This is a transport case, not a long-term storage solution. If you're driving to a game and don't want your pistol taking rides against the gear shift or loose keys, it does that job quietly. At the field, it keeps spare gear off the equipment table and visible — the red colour makes it easy to spot among a pile of black bags.

Build. Injection-molded polymer shell with integrated latches. No handle, no shoulder strap, no lock hasp. It's a basic shell, nothing fancy, and that's what makes it useful — light, cheap enough to grab three, and replaceable if you leave it out in the rain.
