Laylax's Hard Anti-Reversal Latch is a steel replacement for the pawl that stops the gear train from turning backwards when the motor cuts out. Without it, the compressed spring can drive the piston backwards and unwind the gearbox, which leaves you with a dead trigger or, worse, a piston released out of sequence. The steel body and hard treatment are what let it stand up to the spring force pushing against it. It fits Tokyo Marui V2 and V3 gearboxes and G&G AEGs. Fit its spring correctly when you install it, since a strong latch with a weak spring won't engage reliably. It comes in red.
