Polarstar F2 Standard Aluminum Poppet, Red

The poppet is the part of an HPA engine that wears most. It's the valve disc that sits shut under spring pressure and releases when the trigger fires, so its fit and surface determine seal quality and trigger response. Over time the sealing face can develop a groove, and air starts leaking around it, which drops velocity and saps tank pressure.

This is the standard aluminum poppet for the PolarStar F2 engine. Machined aluminum holds its seating surface better than the polymer pops used on entry engines, so it keeps a tight seal longer and doesn't compress or round out under repeated cycling.

It fits the F2 valve body and is compatible with all PolarStar Fusion series engines — the F2 poppet is common across the line.

You're getting a single poppet disc, not a full rebuild kit. If you're replacing the poppet, you'll want the valve spring and retainer you already have, or separate replacements.

The red anodized finish is purely visual and has no bearing on performance specs.

Before you buy. Opening the F2 valve body to swap the poppet is delicate work that needs care and the right tools. This is an HPA engine component — the PolarStar F2 system is unrelated to AEG gearboxes, so this part has no use on battery-driven platforms.
