A nozzle is the weak point in every airsoft engine. It retracts to let a BB rise into the chamber, then seals against it to contain the compressed air that pushes the shot down the barrel. A brass nozzle holds its shape better than polymer under repeated cycling, so the seal stays consistent longer.
This is the replacement nozzle for the PolarStar Kythera single-action HPA engine. If your Kythera is shooting soft, losing velocity shot to shot, or the chrono readings are jumping around, a worn nozzle is the first place to check. It fits Kythera engines used in CYMA AK platforms, the CYMA MP5 A and SD variants, and the G&G UMP series.
One nozzle per package. If you are swapping it, depressurize the engine before opening the cylinder and seat the nozzle squarely so the O-ring isn't pinched on the first cycle.
