This is a morale patch, nothing more. PVC rubber with a velcro loop backing for sticking to a hook panel on your plate carrier, uniform, or whatever gear has room for it. The design reads “Security” in OD Green and Black—not a flashy colorway, which is part of the point.
PVC is the patch material that survives actual use. It doesn't fray, the edges don't curl up after a week, and you can wash your gear without worrying the backing is coming loose. The velcro loop side is standard hook-compatible, so it goes on any hook panel and swaps off when you want something else.
They're for identification, personalization, or just having the thing you wanted on your kit. Put it where you want it and move it around until you get tired of that, too. Nothing fancy to know beyond that.
