UK Arms 1911 Metal Spring Airsoft Pistol, Tan

The UK Arms 1911 is a no-frills spring pistol. Rack the slide, pull the trigger, rack again. No gas, no batteries, no maintenance beyond cleaning the barrel. It's the sidearm you keep in your glovebox for backyard plinking, the backup you grab when the field runs CQB-only and your primary is too long, or the prop you bring to a movie set where you need something that looks real but won't get you in trouble.

What spring means in practice. This is a single-shot action. Every BB requires a manual rack of the slide before the trigger will fire. That's not a flaw—it's the point. You do not need to track gas levels, worry about temperature drops, or hunt for spare batteries. You also do not get semi-automatic fire. If you want blowback recoil and rapid follow-up shots, this is not the gun. For a budget secondary or a training tool where you're working on trigger control and draw speed, it's exactly right.

Velocity and what it clears. Rated 310–330 FPS on 0.12g BBs. That's the factory spec, and it's typical for spring pistols in this class. Most indoor fields cap around 350 FPS for pistols, so you're inside that envelope. The caveat: 0.12g is very light. Heavier BBs will slow the gun down but hold their line better in wind. Whatever you shoot, chrono it before your first game. Spring guns are sensitive to BB weight, temperature, and how well you've broken them in.

Externals and fit. The pistol has a two-tone finish. It includes a 12-round single-stack magazine. This is a spring sidearm with a metal frame and standard 1911-style controls. It's light enough for all-day carry. If you want a 1911 you can run full-auto, swap springs, or tune for different field limits, look at a gas blowback or electric platform instead.

Before you buy. BBs are not included. You'll need 6mm BBs, and 0.12g or 0.14g is what this gun is tuned for. Heavier BBs will work but will reduce velocity further. This is a spring sidearm, and it's honest about what it is.
