WellFire's SR22 Type 22 is a full metal bolt-action spring rifle built for field sniping. It fires 0.20g BBs at a rated 415–425 FPS. The receiver and outer barrel are metal for durability and weight, while the lower frame uses dense polymer to keep the overall mass at eight pounds. An adjustable hop-up chamber sits on the inner barrel, letting you tune the trajectory for heavier BBs or longer distances.
Internals follow the common Type 96 pattern, so standard aftermarket parts from Action Army or Maple Leaf fit directly. Swapping the inner barrel for a tight-bore steel version and upgrading the hop-up bucking tightens shot groupings significantly. If you install a heavier spring to push the velocity higher, you should also reinforce the cylinder, piston, and trigger assembly to handle the extra load. The package includes the rifle, a 25-round magazine, and an instruction manual.
