Action Army One-Piece Aluminum Magwell for AAP-01 Gas Blowback Pistol, Red

The AAP-01 is an excellent 1911-platform gas pistol, but the stock grip profile has a subtle limitation: reloads require a moment of realignment every time the mag drops, and that hesitation costs time when the magazine is still in your hand.

This Action Army magwell solves that. It's a one-piece aluminum replacement grip for the AAP-01, machined with a flared opening that guides the magazine in cleanly — even under stress or in low light. You press the well against the mag and it slides straight in.

Because it's a direct replacement rather than an add-on sleeve, fit is exact and there's no gap at the base of the grip where grit can accumulate or a mag catch can snag. The aluminum construction keeps weight reasonable, and the flared design doesn't interfere with holster draw or retention.

The red finish gives the grip a visual break from the black slides and frames that most AAP-01s run.

Installation swaps the old grip assembly for the magwell. The AAP-01's standard magazines drop in through the flared well without modification.

What it isn't. This is built exclusively for the Action Army AAP-01. It does not fit other 1911-pattern pistols, and it is not a magazine — the mag still comes from the standard AAP-01 supply.
