The Villain Skull Mask covers it with metal mesh over the entire face and upper cheeks, so you can run a field without separate goggles underneath. Full-face coverage means one piece of gear instead of two, and the mesh lets you breathe and see through it rather than behind a scratched lens.

What's in the build. The polymer skull shell carries the metal mesh across the eye, nose, and mouth zones. That mesh is the impact surface — BBs hit it and deflect rather than penetrate. The elastic straps go around the back of your head and adjust for fit. It sits on your face rather than clamping it, which means it won't dig in during a full game day.

Fit matters. The mask is designed to sit flush against the face while leaving room for breathing and talking. Heavy facial hair can create gaps where the mesh doesn't seal to the skin, and those gaps are where BBs can get through. If you run a full beard, test the fit before you buy or plan on a separate goggle setup for the eye zone.

Before you buy. This is a mesh face mask, not an ANSI-rated impact shield. It handles the kind of BB impacts you'll see at a typical field, but it's not designed to stop steel ball bearings, paintballs, or close-range shotgun blasts.
