Airsoft Megastore Armory Tactical V6 Strike Mesh Full-Face Mask, Black

Mesh face masks are what most airsoft players reach for first. They protect your entire face and eyes from BB impact, but because the mesh is open, they don't fog up when you're running, they let you breathe normally, and they give you wide peripheral vision. If you've ever played a game in goggles that steam up inside the first five minutes, a full-face mask is the fix.

The V6 Strike from AMA is a full-coverage mesh mask in black, built to cover your face with a wire mesh screen over the eyes. The mesh is the standard design across the sport: the openings are small enough to stop 6mm BBs at field velocities while letting you see through them without distortion or tint.

What to expect. Mesh masks protect the whole face, which means you don't need separate goggles underneath. The open design is what makes them comfortable for long games — no sweat building up against your eyes, no lens fog, no vision cut-off at the sides. The trade-off is dust and debris can get through in tight indoor CQB spaces, though the mesh openings are small enough that most players don't notice it during play.

Fit and comfort. This mask straps on and should sit firmly enough to stay put when you're moving without being so tight it gives you a headache after a round. Most masks in this category have some way to adjust the fit, so spend a couple minutes dialing it in at home before game day.

What it doesn't do. Mesh masks don't protect against splinters or dust the way sealed goggles do. If you play a lot in dusty fields or wooded areas, you'll want goggles underneath as a backup. They also don't protect the neck or lower face below the jawline.

Package includes the mask only.
