AMA's 70-degree hop-up buckings are the hard-end option in the Type-B line. The 70-degree hardness makes them a better match for heavier BBs — 0.28g and up — and for setups running higher velocity where a softer bucking would strip or wear through too quickly. If your gun is set up for 0.20g at a modest FPS, the soft 40-degree or medium 50-degree variants are the right call. This blue bucking is the one you grab when your BB weight climbs or your velocity pushes past the standard field ranges.

Type-B chambers are widely compatible. They fit most mainstream AEG platforms — M4/M16, AK, G36, and similar — where the factory or aftermarket hop unit takes a Type-B bucking. The package ships as a single rubber bucking. If your current one is worn, cracked, or just not giving you consistent shot-to-shot grouping, this is a low-cost first step in tuning your hop.
