Atlas Custom Works 110mm 6061 Aluminum Hex Outer Barrel for TM Hi-Capa M11 CW GBBP, Black

A compact metal outer barrel for Hi-Capa GBB pistols. The Atlas Custom Works 4.3-inch hex barrel replaces the factory tube on Tokyo Marui-spec Hi-Capa gas blowback pistols. At 110mm, it keeps the pistol compact while adding the look and weight of machined aluminum. The hex profile is cosmetic—it does not affect internal bore dimensions or air seal.

Material and fit. Made from 6061 aluminum and CNC machined to match TM Hi-Capa dimensions. The M11 CW (clockwise) thread accepts standard suppressor adapters and mock suppressors for Hi-Capa platforms. Two O-rings are included to maintain proper barrel-to-receiver sealing during installation.

What to expect. Outer barrels on GBB pistols do not change velocity or effective range—those are determined by the inner barrel, hop-up, and nozzle assembly. This upgrade is primarily aesthetic and changes the pistol's balance slightly due to the added metal weight. The black finish resists wear and matches standard Hi-Capa frames.

Installation. Requires removing the original outer barrel and threading the new one into the slide assembly. If you are unfamiliar with Hi-Capa disassembly, have a technician perform the install to avoid damaging the slide or barrel threads.
