The Hi-Capa platform is built for customization, and the outer barrel is one of the simplest upgrades you can make. This Atlas Custom Works barrel replaces the stock tube with something more substantial — 6061 aluminum machined to a hex profile that looks sharper than the typical round barrel and resists dings better than zinc plating. It won't change your accuracy or FPS, since those come from the inner barrel and hop-up, but it does shift the balance forward and give your pistol a more finished, purpose-built appearance.

Length and fit. At 125mm (roughly 5.1 inches), this sits at the longer end of what fits most Hi-Capa frames without overhanging. The hex profile is purely cosmetic — it doesn't affect internal ballistics. It comes with two O-rings to seat snugly in the slide and eliminate rattle, which is a common annoyance with loose-fitting aftermarket barrels.

Threading. The muzzle is threaded M11 CW (clockwise), which accepts suppressor adapters and mock suppressors designed for that pattern. If you're running a compensator or flash hider, verify the thread match before buying — not all muzzle devices use M11.

What you get. Just the barrel and the O-rings. No installation hardware, no tools. You'll need to remove the slide, take out the existing barrel, and press this in. If you're not comfortable doing that yourself, a local tech can handle it in minutes. The black finish matches most Hi-Capa slide treatments.
