Atlas Custom Works 125mm 6061 Aluminum Straight Fluted Outer Barrel for Hi-Capa M11 CW GBBP, Gold

The stock outer barrel on a Hi-Capa is mostly cosmetic. It does not thread to the frame, so you cannot mount a suppressor or flash hider. This Atlas Custom Works barrel solves that with M11 clockwise threading at the muzzle, which is the standard for Hi-Capa GBB pistols. You get a solid mounting point for muzzle devices without machining the slide yourself.

What you actually get. The barrel is 125mm long (5.1 inches), made from 6061 aluminum with straight fluting along the outside. The flutes are for looks and a slight weight reduction; they do not affect accuracy or gas flow. It comes with two O-rings for the seal between the outer barrel and the slide assembly. The gold finish provides corrosion resistance and durability.

Fit and compatibility. This is built for Tokyo Marui-spec Hi-Capa GBB pistols and their direct clones. If your pistol uses a PTS, KSC, or other non-TM frame, the mounting dimensions may not match. The M11 CW thread is specific to Hi-Capa platforms; it will not fit 1911-style GBBs or other pistol types.

What it does not do. An outer barrel does not change velocity, accuracy, or range. Those come from the inner barrel, hop-up, and nozzle. This upgrade is for mounting accessories and improving the look of your slide. If you are chasing performance gains, look at the inner barrel and hop-up first.

Installation note. Swapping the outer barrel requires partial disassembly of the slide. If you are not comfortable working on GBB internals, have a technician handle the install. Incorrect reassembly can cause gas leaks or damage the slide.
