The Atlas Custom Works 5.1 Inch Straight Fluted Outer Barrel replaces that plastic tube with something that feels like it belongs on a serious pistol—6061 aluminum that dissipates heat faster and stands up to field use without scuffing into a dull mess.

The fluting does two jobs. Those longitudinal grooves aren't just for show. They shed heat more effectively during rapid strings by increasing surface area, and they cut weight compared to a solid round barrel. The straight fluting pattern keeps the profile clean and traditional rather than going for aggressive spiral cuts that look more tactical than pistol.

What this actually changes. An outer barrel affects heat management, durability, and aesthetics—not range or accuracy. That's the inner barrel and hop-up's job. Fit and threading. This is 125mm—roughly 5 inches—designed for Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa platforms.
